tomorrow cross campus race soo sian all trackers not allow to join ...cause this event is our only open house"show off" since all we do is run n field event so nothing much to show n we organised it... if tracker join it become own self organise own self win , so all tracker become helpers n organisers ....
Np Biathlon... i team with a girl in a mixed relay i do the running n she do the swim ... she say she can do ard 6 min for 400 m- 500m? i think is fast because i only see her swim for 6-8 min then i have to start running for 3.3km which estimated ard 11 - 14 mins at most ... wow ard 20 mins per elite team LOL tracker n swimming club member :D i got confident can top few placing haha : ) just like sec school road relay i knew it is a 1 sided race haha 3 timing 7-9 min for 2.4km in my class anyhow put 1 rojak to firm team of 4 also trash : P
