mixed relay only got 3 team
all runners are from track n field
2 from swim club
1 swimmer from track n field
sooo... sure win lol!!!

it was a close 1 that i almost got 1st
my swimmer finish 1st n i run off 1st
but come back time last 300m ard the statium i was super exhausted
mathew the iron runner over take me n got 1st
our TOTAL timing is: his team 19.59(both run n swim)
my team 20.12(both run n swim)
13 sec different T.T ..
i need more train
more on focus n speed n the boost of speed at last minute 400 m

k my team mate was doing very good i was quite bad
my timing is 12.47+/-
mathew timing is 11.32+/-
that 1 minute ++ of difference ...

NEXT EXAM WEEK!!!

then ...

BACK TO NUS BIATHLON bwahahahaha......
so addicted to the thlon thingy haha
